Great location for visiting agencies, close to restaurants. Rooms were large and clean, with a fridge and TV. The staff at the front desk was friendly and the shuttle was on time.

Limited breakfast, hit or miss wifi, and the gym was not clean or welcoming. Some of the amenities, such as hair dryers and irons, were not provided, and the air conditioning took a while to work.

I stayed at a hotel in Accra over the New Year and was pleased with the breakfast selection they offered. The facilities were clean and well looked after, which made for a pleasant stay. The staff were always on hand to offer assistance and went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable experience. the hotel was located close to a key transportation hub, making it easy to get around the city.

While the staff were friendly and helpful, the service at the hotel was often slow. This detracted from the overall experience and meant that it took longer to get things done.

Lastly, the basic amenities in the rooms were great. The airconditioning worked perfectly, and the beds were comfortable with fully stocked refrigerators.

All was well, no improvements needed.
